Training


After my A-Levels I decided to choose another way than many of my friends and started a training instead of visiting universitiy or spending some time abroad.


Here are some skills I already picked up......


  • learning something about economy
  • getting familiar with processes in big companies
  • being able to explain the system and importance of insurance

Photography


Already in my childhood I got in contact with photography. My fathers  job was to take photos of cars that had an accident and estimate their left value to contact their insurance. When he came home he gave me his camera and I took some photos of flowers in our garden or of things inside our house. I have been flashed by the effect the bokeh gave photos. Later I got photoshop to edit photos and of course my own camera......


  • working with the Bokeh and other tools you can use while taking photographs
  • using the ability to make the best out of each shot I take with tools like Photoshop or Lightroom

Fitness


When I was sixteen I started to work out in a local gym. Every training was spontaneuos and I was not really interested in living healthy. Instead I wanted to look good with less work. Really fast I noticed that this was not possible, so I started to eat healthy, sleep enough, optimize my workouts and minimize my consume of sugar and other unhealthy stuff......


  • being able to control your progress and 
  • creating a plan for my workouts and focussing on the right things to eat
  • giving tips to other people that are also interested in gaining muscles or living a healthier life
